In 1975, the Rockefeller Commission's inquiry examined investigations from the CIA's Business office of Stability that included Digital surveillance and located two conditions where the telephones of a few newsman were tapped so as to ascertain their sources of leaked classified data. The Fee wrote: "The CIA's investigations of newsmen to find out
